Julian Thompson
PARTNER
Julian’s work helps people achieve higher levels of purpose, productivity and fulfilment in their working lives. Julian’s passion for social innovation, participatory change and sustainability has taken his career through senior roles at IpsosMORI, the RSA, Xynteo and Ashridge, where he conducted award-winning customised learning and development work for voluntary, public and private sector clients, serving as Programme Director for the Civil Service Senior Leaders’ Scheme. He is a co-founder of Bramble. He holds a BA in Social Anthropology from Cambridge University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from UCL.

Tim Frost
PARTNER
Tim works with CEOs and senior leaders to accelerate performance, unlock leadership potential and enable transformation across individuals, teams and organisations. A co-founder of Bramble and alumnus of the Luca Leadership programme, WhatIf?!, and Xynteo, Tim brings 20 years’ experience across sectors including FMCG, energy, tech, retail, NGOs and sport. He is certified in Systemic Team Coaching, NLP and the Leadership Circle Profile, and is currently working towards his Shadow Work™ coaching certification.

James Beresford
PARTNER
James’s mission is to help people and their organisations develop in healthy reciprocity with the world around them. Before co-founding Bramble he spent 15 years helping leaders grappling with complex sustainability transitions, blending expert advice, custom programmes and collaborative innovation. He previously directed Xynteo’s Leadership & Culture practice, including the Leadership Vanguard, a cross-sector leadership development and impact acceleration partnership. Prior to this James was a Senior Programme Manager at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), a carbon and energy analyst, a biodiversity and ecosystem service modeller and a published researcher. He has an MSt in Environmental Technology and a BA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
